Have you heard something like “the whiter the bread – the faster you’re dead”, well… it’s true. Did you know that the “white” bread in stores is extremely dangerous for your health and your heart, because the bread companies decided to take out the ingredients from their breads that make their breads hard. The bread companies were loosing money, because they would make the bread and it would die and get hard in just couple of days. So, they found the ingredients that make the bread die so fast and they took them out. Well, the ingredients that they took out are the ones that would make you healthier and your heart stronger. Have you ever wondered why is the white store bread is extremely soft, just take one slice and squish it into a ball, such big slice turns into a such small ball, weird. But, if you take the real good quality bread and cut a similar slice and try to squish it like that it will be at least two times bigger. To help you out, so far we have discovered two good breads, one at the Fred Meyer, in the organic section in the refrigerator a frozen bread called “Ezekiel 4:9, Organic, Sprouted 100% Flourless Whole Grain Bread”, and the other one is at Costco “80% Organic, Flourless whole grain Twenty Loaf Bread”. You can make your own decision on which one you’d like to buy because all people have different opinions for taste and color.
