Today I would like to tell you guys about one very awesome herb and spice it is called Dill. Many people and countries use either the leaves or the seeds from the dill weed. It is mostly used for marinating the pickles or the tomatoes. But it really tastes great when you use it with fish dishes, sliced potatoes, sandwiches, soups and salads. Dill leaves taste slightly bitter, soft, and kind of sweet. Not only does the dill smell and taste good it is actually really good for your health too:

– The volatile oil in dill prevents bacterial overgrowth (so it’s Anti-Bacterial)
