Have you done any posts on aloe vera? I am really interested in whether drinking the juice is good for you…
I don’t like it cooked, I don’t think I ever cooked it either… I usually like to use it in salads. I buy different green leafy salads and either make sure that they have this spinach in them or buy a separate mix just with spinachs only and then mix them into the other green leafy salads.
