oooh it does sound healthy- but I am always put off by how floppy it goes when you cook it! Have you got any recommendations?

Have you done any posts on aloe vera? I am really interested in whether drinking the juice is good for you…

I don’t like it cooked, I don’t think I ever cooked it either… I usually like to use it in salads. I buy different green leafy salads and either make sure that they have this spinach in them or buy a separate mix just with spinachs only and then mix them into the other green leafy salads.

No, I haven’t posted anything on Fresh Aloe Vera or on any juices of Aloe Vera, but I should…
