  1. this is a great website. i’m in recovery from anorexia and get anxious about foods such as cheese, milk, etc. so my dietitian recommended that i think about what nutrients the food provides for me rather than labeling “good” or “bad.” it is nice to find a website that focuses on the positive aspects of food. thank you very much =)
