Home Made Strawberry Shake

Strawberry Milk ShakeToday it is an very nice sunny day here in Spokane Washington and I am thinking of making some more of the Strawberry Shakes that I made recently. For the last few days it was pretty rainy here in Spokane, but today it’s like, Wow! So, the way I made my Strawberry Shake recently was like this. I pour some healthy natural milk into a blender’s Glass Container, about 3/4 of space of that whole container. If you would like to see the Nutrients and Health Benefits of Cow’s Milk, then go here Cow Milk Nutrients and Benefits. Then I put about 3 or 4 cups of Frozen Strawberries into that container also. The Strawberries are from a local farm, so yeah, very yummy and natural :) Also, if you would like to see the Nutrients and Health Benefits of Strawberries, then check out my earlier article about that on this page called Strawberries Nutrients and Benefits. And of course the very important part, the ice cream. I’d say I put about 5 to 7 cups of this healthier-than-normal ice cream. Then, Turn On the Blender and let it do its awesome work of turning these three awesome ingredients into one Extremely Yummy Awesome Strawberry Milk Shake. Well, I guess that is all I wanted to say for now about this awesome Strawberry Shake idea for a hot sunny day :) Enjoy.
