Olive Gardens Chicken Alfredo Review
Recently I went to Olive Garden and had a nice lunch there. I didn’t want to try anything new or weird, I only wanted my favorite choice – The Chicken Alfredo. It tasted amazing especially after I squeezed some lemon in it. The service was okay. My Chicken Alfredo plate had Grilled chicken tossed with fettuccine and fresh alfredo sauce. Hmm… That sounds so good :) And if are on a diet and Using Weight Watcher’s Points, then here is the numbers I found on OneMorePound website. The Lunch Portion of Chicken Alfredo has 22 Weight Watcher’s Points (Calories = 910, Total Fat = 52, Total Fiber = 4). The Dinner Portion of Chicken Alfredo has 35 Weight Watcher’s Points (Calories = 1430, Total Fat = 82, Total Fiber = 5). Also, as of today the Chicken Alfredo For Lunch costs $11.95 and the Chicken Alfredo For Dinner costs $15.75 So, the prices sound pretty typical and average comparing to other good and clean restaurants. Oh, yes, this is a nice and clean restaurant, and the best part about it is that it is an Italian Restaurant.

Well, now you know :) Also, check this out, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, LongHorn SteakHouse, The Capital Grille, Bahama Breeze Island Grille, and Seasons 52 Fresh Grill are all owned by the One Largest Casual Dining Restaurant Company in The World called Darden Restaurants, Inc. Now, I never knew that Red Lobster and Olive Garden are owned by the same company, now that is interesting.
