The ones I’ve found I just didn’t really feel satisfied with. So, I decided to make a Free Multiplication Printable Table myself for my kids to use. At the same time I decided to let my Blog visitors Download one for free. The image in this article is a preview image of the actual full page multiplication table. Just click on that preview image and you’ll be taken to the actual full printable multiplication table. I made it to be 300 ppi, so the quality is just perfect, you can even print it on a photo paper and it will look clean and beautiful. The colors I used for this table are not just some random ones from the top of my head, these are actually from some specific 12-color wheel. But I added 50% of white on top of those colors so the printer wouldn’t use too much ink.

I’ve wanted to start a blog about Schooling or Homeschooling for a while now, I just REALLY don’t want to buy anymore domains. Maybe this is going to be the place where from time to time I’ll post good and useful printables for kids in school or homeschool. I think I’ll call the Category for the schooling resources as Homeschooling Printables. My pictures are free to use and share but NOT sell or resell. Also, if you have a website or a social page, then please feel free to link to my GenuineAid blog or tell your followers about it :)

Also, check out these Multiplication products below, you might find something useful…

To avoid eating after seven in the evening can be challenging sometimes, but it sure is worth it. You can pretty much consider this article as another healthy weight loss diet plan. I’m sure that if some people who want or need to loose weight would follow this plan, then they would loose a good amount of fat. So, let’s stop blabbering about this topic and instead let’s review these Seven Tips on How to Avoid Eating after Seven…

1. – Brush and Floss your Teeth. About half an hour after dinner go brush, floss, and rinse your teeth. This step should help discourage you from eating again before you go to sleep. Accomplishing this step will definitely help your weight loss, prevent weight gain, and promote your oral health.

2. – Stock up on Healthy Snacks/Foods only. If you stock up your freezer with ice cream and your shelves with chips, then you will always keep that in mind which then will be harder to resist. Instead, stock your shelves with healthy nuts, fruits, and veggies. So, when you do give up and still go to snack on something late at night, you won’t have the option of something totally unhealthy. Some people including me sometimes like to have chocolate in the evening, but that usually will ruin your sleep and your weight watching, especially dark chocolate ;) So, I’d recommend staying away from it too.

3. – Go to Bed Early. Yep, it’s that simple, just go to bed at like 9:00 or 10:00, it is healthier for your body and mind. Your immune system gets a good boost when you go to sleep earlier. Many people including myself have noticed how you get sick faster after going to bed late at night, and you don’t have energy in the morning either.

4. – Drink some Water or Tea, but without any snacks. Good clean water or some healthy herbal tea without the caffeine is definitely a good substitution for late snacks or foods. If you’ll have some Chamomile Tea it can even promote your sleep too. Pay attention, I didn’t say milk, alcohol, eggnog, or coffee, this kind of stuff is definitely not very healthy for you even if some “doctor” recommended it.

5. – Eat a Good Healthy Satisfying Dinner. If you’ll have a good healthy amount of good healthy dinner, then your body shouldn’t want to snack on anything else. On the other hand, if you’ll eat something boring and dull, then of course you’ll want to snack on something sweet, fat, or salty. Make sure to have that for dinner, and yes, there are healthy sweets, fats, and salts.

6. – Do a simple exercise. Don’t over do it though, just exercise enough to kill that snack craving. You’ll prevent yourself from gaining weight and at the same time you’ll loose some too.

7. – Play a Game. Oops… Did I say that out loud? Yep I did. After dinner you shouldn’t have much to do at night anyway, so why not and enjoy a good video game, computer game, or a family board game. I was gonna say read the Bible, but you’re suppose to do that in the morning before you start your day and your busy schedule. By playing a good game after dinner you’ll most likely won’t have time for any snacking. Note how I said a good game, nothing bloody, inappropriate, or evil, those kind of games shouldn’t even be in your house. The adults and kids who play that crap usually become mental, weird, and crazy.

- Sheetrock hanging step will be before mudding of course.
- Make sure to measure twice and to double check what you do before actually cutting the Sheetrock.
- Cut carefully and patiently the first pass, then you can speed up on the next two cutting passes for each cut on all of your Sheetrock.
- After cutting one side of the Sheetrock then snap and fold it and cut of the remaining side.
- I recommend getting a sheetrock/wallboard hanging lift for the ceilings especially, you can find them online for under two hundred bucks.. I did.
- In some or many spots you’ll need someone’s help in either lifting or holding the Sheetrock.
- Hang the Sheetrock on ceilings first and then on walls.
- On ceilings keep the screws 12″ apart and in each beam, but on walls keep the screws 16″ apart and in each stud.
- Make sure to Get the crews into the studs and that they are long enough.
- Don’t ever use nails for hanging Sheetrock, it will come loose and crack or fall.
- Less cuts and joints = less tape and mud.
- Use common sense. Don’t have it? Then read the Holy Bible and ask God for it. The whole remodeling process is a good patience test, pray, ask God to help you, don’t try to do it on your own. If you’ll somehow hurt yourself, please try not to cuss everything and everyone out, it won’t help. Be patient and take your time, and don’t forget to take breaks, believe me they help to reboot your strength.

- Just for reference, I used the Beadex Joint Compound for mudding and Beadex FasTex for texturing.

- First step in mudding is taping the sheetrock with the special Sheetrocking paper tape.
- But before we’ll start taping the joints, let’s tape up (with normal sticky tape) or carry away all of the things that we don’t want to get ruined.
- Use masking blue tape on surfaces you care about, otherwise use the cheap tan masking tape.
- Use Beadex all purpose joint compound for taping and mudding sheetrock
- Mud more thinner layers in each mudding step than less of thicker layers – thick mud will crack and you’ll have to sand more too.
- Apply mud first, then the Sheetrocking paper tape, then squeeze the extra mud out evenly with a 4″ putty knife
- Use corner tool for easier taping and mudding in corners, but push it lightly while taping, finish off squeezing the mud out with a 4″ putty knife, if need to…
- Use 4″ putty knife for flat and straight tapping runs
- Use 1″ – 2″ putty knife for mudding tight spaces
- Start taping ceilings first then walls, in order not to get too tired, maybe even tape ceilings on first day and tape walls on second
- Keep the mud nice and moist by adding water when needed, but Do Not over do it
- Keep tools clean by washing in water or by wiping them with a wet rag
- Mud all of the screws on this step also.

- Second step in mudding is to cover the paper tape with the same all-purpose Joint Compound.
- Use 8″-10″ wide putty knife.
- Make sure to squeeze out all of the Unneeded mud so you wouldn’t have to sand it.
- Take time and be patient with the corners on this step, they might piss you off, don’t get too overwhelmed, sanding or texturing most likely will hide the little defects.
- Don’t scrape over tape too many times, because you’ll start ripping it.
- Mud the screws with the second layer.

- Third step in mudding is to widen the mud on joints.
- Use 12″-14″ wide putty knife.
- Make sure to put enough mud and then to squeeze it out evenly with that wide putty knife.
- If everything will look good, then this could be your last mudding step.
- I didn’t bother the corners on this step.
- Squeeze out just enough mud so that the edges blend nicely into the clean dry Sheetrock.
- If you think the screws need another layer of mud, the go ahead and mud them again.

- On the Fourth step in mudding I recommend only mudding and blending out the butt joints of Sheetrock, these are the joints on very visible locations and where Sheetrock was not indented in.
- Mud both of the sides of the mud line from previous step and on those but joints only.

- This step is for sanding.
- I liked using a special sanding tool that attaches to the shop vacuum and it uses the standard size sheetrock sanding screens/sheets, the ones with holes in them, 120 grit.
- Be careful sanding in the corners, this sanding screen will want to mess them up, so make sure to control it properly.
- I’d recommend using a High-efficiency filter bags for your shop vacuum.
- Take your time and breaks, don’t kill yourself by over-working.
- Sand only a few strokes over the joints, it’s very easy to over do it.
- Make sure to evenly and smoothly blend into clean sheetrock, otherwise people will see your mudded joints.

- The blending sanding step.
- In this step you’ll have to lightly and carefully sand everything again by using a Sanding Sponge for drywall.
- If you didn’t use a dust mask on previous step, then you must use one here, because of no vacuum.
- Make sure to seal this room or rooms off before starting this step.
- Wear a hat and dirty unimportant clothes, maybe even goggles.
- In This step you’ll pretty much have to get rid of the scratches from the previous tool.

- The primer-applying step, yep I took advice from a builder and primered first, then textured, and then painted… And I liked it, the primer suppose to hold the texture better.
- If you haven’t already taped every little thing, then this is the time to Tape it all; windows, doors, trims, electrical outlets/switches, lights, or whatever.
- Primering is just like painting, use a roller for large surfaces and a brush for tight places.
- Don’t waste your money on small cheap non-commercial paint guns, just read people’s reviews before buying one, many people had to repaint everything with a roller, cheap guns suck, plain and simple, and to use the commercial one you need lots of money and experience.
- I recommend getting an average or cheaper brand of primer and paint, because you still have to apply at least two coats of each product to get the good result.
- So remember, if one coat of primer doesn’t look or feel right, then you better apply the second coat while everything is ready for it.

- The texturing step, the knockdown style to be more exact, my favorite.
- I used a Homax cheaper kind plastic texturing gun with a refillable black container which worked just fine, but if you are gonna texture many houses, then maybe get a commercial metal/aluminum kind of texturing gun.
- Use the Beadex FasTex pre-mixed texture to fill your texturing gun, for about every gallon of that texturing mud I had to mix in almost 8 oz of water.
- Make sure to read the instructions in the texturing gun before using it, and then test it out on something unimportant and unneeded.
- Texturing does NOT need to be 100% even and perfect, it won’t look good.
- Texturing suppose to look like an antique or Mexican stucco style, uneven but at the same time look nice.
- Texturing is easy, don’t be afraid, just start spraying it, stop whenever you need to, and add more wherever you want to, but don’t stay in one spot because you’ll ruin it.
- Maybe start with a closet, then the room’s ceiling and then texture wall by wall.
- When about 30 minutes have passed after you textured some wall, closet, or ceiling, then you’re ready to knock down the sprayed texture sprinkles.
- For knocking down texture in the corners I really recommend using the mudding corner tool and for all other straight surfaces use your widest putty knife.
- Knock down the corners of a wall, ceiling, or closet first and then take care of the ceiling and walls last.
- Knocking down texture is very easy, just grab your widest putty knife that you used in the last mudding step, and start carefully and evenly riding it on top of your textured sprinkles. Hold the putty knife almost laying it down just raise the handle away from wall enough to clear your fingers. Use as much pressure as you would use to pet a dog. By applying a little pressure to that putty knife and by keeping your hand close to the wall you’ll make sure not to scrape off the textured sprinkles. Note that your hand on the handle is going to be going forward first, then the sharp edge of the putty knife, because you are not scraping anything off, just knocking it down.
- Do Not worry about all the excess texture that falls off of the walls or stays on them, you’ll take care of it later.
- Also, do not worry about your texture looking weird after you sprayed it and knocked it the right way, because it messes with your eyes, the large thick splatters will stay wet longer but the little thin ones will dry fast and become white which will look like there isn’t enough texture. All you got to do is come close to that wall and explore it yourself.
- When your done wash all of your tools with water, especially the gun.
- On the next day when the texture dried, get that same widest putty knife and run it over all of the texture again, but this time raise the handle farther away from the wall, almost 90 degrees, this important step will get rid off all of the loose and unwanted texture, and this step smoothens the texture’s edges.
- You’ll have lots of dry texture on the floor, just clean it up with a broom, and then with a shop vacuum.

- The painting step is pretty similar to the primering one.
- Painting on top of texture is a little harder than painting on the flat smooth surface, because now you have to make sure to get the paint into lower and deeper places of texture.
- Remember to apply tape on places you don’t want to be painted.
- Use blue or green painters tape because it comes off easy and doesn’t take the previous paint with it.
- From my experience with blue and green tape, I’d say they are doing the same thing, the green one is more expensive and they make you believe that it’s better than blue tape, but it’s not, I just used my green tape up because I didn’t want to go back and return it.
- Keep changing your angle of viewing and expecting for missed spots, because the light can reflect on the wet paint and make you miss the unpainted places.
- Paint horizontally and vertically for better coverage.
- Remember to touch up all of the corners and hard-to-get spots with a brush.
- Use a roller and a brush unless you are a pro and have a pro paint gun.
- I used the paint that contains primer in it also to better cover the unprimered texture.
- Paint two coats or blend your paint seams.

- If you want to paint the ceiling white with about a four inch white strip under the ceiling, then follow these steps… First, Paint the ceiling and about eight inches the wall under the ceiling.

- Second, after you gave a day or two for the ceiling to dry, then tape of the needed four inches of white strip on wall. I used a six foot straight edge or level to draw my straight lines with a pencil, and then I taped close to that pencil line to make sure it does get covered by paint.

- Third, after you painted two coats of your desired paint on the walls, then immediately and carefully take or pull that tape off, because you don’t want it to dry with the paint.

- I believe that to have a perfect clean line between two paint colors on a textured wall is pretty much impossible, but if you have ideas or better yet experience on how to make that line clean, sharp, and perfect, then let me know in the comment section below. Also, check out the product below that might help you with your remodeling project, they helped me a lot :)

Corn is pretty popular around the whole world, but it is called many different names. In United States it is mainly called Corn, but in agriculture and science people call it Maize. In Ukraine and Russia it is called Кукуруза (Kookoorooza), but in Southern Africa it is referred to as Malie (or Mielie). Corn’s binomial name is Zea Mays from the Poaceae family.

Corn is considered to be a cereal grain and not as a vegetable. Even though this grain is very widely known around the world but the funny thing is that I just recently realized that I didn’t have an article about it on my GenuineAid Blog. The way I realized it is when I wrote my previous article called Healthy Energy Salad Meal, and I wanted to put a link to a corn article but couldn’t find one. So, there it is Corn Nutrients and Health Benefits.

Corn is supposedly the most widely grown crop in the USA and covers about 37 percent of America’s land. People use corn (or maize) for lots of different things, like as food for humans, as food for animals (or fodder), as alternative medicine, as chemicals, as a biofuel, as decorations, and even as a sandbox filler. It’s amazing to see how people can twist this God-given grain into so many uses, even into dangerous ones like alcohol and HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup).

By the way, did you know that the fresh ripe corn can be eaten without cooking? Just a few years ago I found that out and tried it. The corn tasted amazingly delicious without any cooking. Also, do not even think of believing the stupid commercials or infomercials which promoted High Fructose Corn Syrup as a “Natural” and “Healthy” food, you’ll destroy yourself and/or your family. If you or someone you know got diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, then you might want to get off of Corn Syrup and Red-40 containing foods, read more on that topic my older article called ADD or ADHD Natural Treatment Support. Anyway, the Nutrients in one cup (or 154 grams) of Raw Sweet Yellow Corn are:

For this article I decided to share my family’s current Healthy Energy Salad which we have been enjoying. Yep, I said my family, not just me or my wife, the kids LOVE it too. I mean seriously, this is not “one of those salads” or “healthy but disgusting” meals. This salad is very easy to make and almost totally Raw, the corn and the olives came from cans. Also, this salad doesn’t get disgustingly soft, soggy, and rotten for at least three or more days.

As you can see in the picture above the ingredients contained in this large bowl of salad are; About 3 Carrots, A Small Onion, 2 Cucumbers, 3 Red Bell Peppers, 2 Romaine Lettuce Hearts, 2 Cans of Extra Large Pitted Ripe Olives, and 2 Cans of Golden Sweet Corn. The Corn and the Olives both contain Sea Salt. If you’d like to see the Nutrients and Health Benefits of some of these kinds of Vegetables, then just click on their names.

Get all of these vegetables, wash them, and clean them. Then, start chopping them and cutting them up in the pieces as small or as large as you’d like. Put it all into one big enough bowl and mix it all up. Do NOT add any kind of Sauces, Oils, Dressings, or Spices to the salad yet, that stuff will make your salad soggy and not fresh. After you mixed up the salad, cover it with the clear plastic wrap, and put it away into the refrigerator until you decide to enjoy it.

When you’ll decide to enjoy the salad, simply take it out, mix it up, add your favorite spices, salts, oil, sauce, and/or dressing. We like to add fresh diced tomatoes too. I personally like to eat this salad with Unrefined Sunflower Oil, especially the one you get at a Russian or Ukrainian Grocery stores called Kubanochka. This Sunflower oil smells the best out of all other similar oils and it is darker then the rest of the Sunflower Oils, click here to read more about it. Also, I like to add salt and black pepper to this salad, that is how the kids and I enjoy it and love it. Oh, and we also like to have a toasted slice of bread with it which makes it much funner and yummier. My wife likes to enjoy this salad with only Balsamic Vinegar and without any bread.

When you prepare this salad you can change the amounts of the vegetables that you’d like to include in it. Sometimes we add Cilantro Herb or exclude the Bell Peppers and/or Carrots. In other words, put together the vegetables that YOU like and in your own preferred amounts. Remember, to keep it fresh, don’t add any liquids or spices into it. When I enjoy this kind of Energy Salad Meal and feel great afterwards, and I feel lots of energy to do things that need to get done. On the other hand when I eat Pasta meals or Potatoes, I just want to go to sleep, because all the energy goes into cooking or dissolving that food. So, yeah, if you want and Natural Healthy Energy Booster, and if you want to get a healthy filling meal, then I really recommend that you give this salad a try.

Also, if you are into Raw foods and snacks, then check this downloadable e-book out below called “Top 100 Healthy Raw Snacks and Treats”…

Are you crazy about Fish Caviar? Are you sick and tired of their prices? Do you want to make your own Caviar at home and by yourself? Well then, you came to the right place. After doing some research I tried making my own Caviar, and it was so insanely easy. First of all, no cooking or boiling is needed. The fish eggs are so delicate, tender, and fragile which makes it easy to make them at the same time. So, how is it easy to make them if they are so delicate? Since they are so tender and fragile, the salt and the hot water from your faucet will literally cook them right before your eyes. By the way, I only made Caviar which came from White Fish. Writing this Caviar Recipe is making me drool :) So get ready to spend about an hour and let’s begin…

- Prepare a deep bowl of cold water and dump some ice in it, from now on we’ll call it Ice Cold Water. For this recipe let’s use a bowl which fits about 4 cups of water. Note that on the picture I used a much bigger bowl because this was my first time making it, but then I realized that I didn’t have to use as much water as I did.

.

- Prepare a deep bowl of cold water and dissolve about a 1/4 of a cup of salt in it. We’ll call this bowl the Salted Water and let’s make it a bowl of 4 cups also. Make sure that the caviar you are about to make will fit into that bowl. For this recipe I was making about a cup or less of caviar.

.

- Also, after I finished making this Fish Caviar Recipe, I realized that I could dump and keep all of the fish eggs in the Metal Mesh Sieve through all of the steps which will make the things much easier for you. On the picture you see that I dumped the fish eggs into the bowl of Salted Water, but I don’t recommend doing that. You should take the Metal Mesh Sieve and put the fish eggs in it, and then carefully lower it into the Salted Water. Then, put that bowl with fish eggs into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

.

- After 20 minutes have passed, take the Metal Mesh Sieve out of the Salted Water, but don’t get rid of the Salted Water yet because we’ll still use it one more time. Go to your sink and make the hot water pour out of your faucet, as hot as you can without burning yourself. Now, gently take one of the roe sacks that have the fish eggs attached to it and gently rinse it and shake of the eggs from it into that Metal Mesh Sieve.

- When you are finished rinsing the fish eggs and got rid of the roe sacks which held the eggs together, you can carefully put that Metal Mesh Sieve with the eggs in it into the Ice Cold Water. If you want you can gently shake the Metal Mesh Sieve so that the eggs get rinsed in cold water properly. Leave the eggs sitting in that cold water for 5 minutes.

.

- After those 5 minutes have passed, transfer that Metal Mesh Sieve with those eggs from the Ice Cold Water to the Salted Water again. Put the Salted Water bowl with the eggs in it into the refrigerator for 15 or 20 minutes. I’d recommend trying 15 minutes, because when I held it for 20 minutes the eggs seemed a little too salty.

- After these last 20 or 15 minutes, you can dump the Salty and the Ice Cold Water out and use of their empty bowls to drain the eggs. Just leave the Metal Mesh Sieve on top of an empty bowl draining the eggs for about 15 minutes.

.

- When the last 15 minutes of draining have past by, get a clean glass dish or container and dump your Home-Made Caviar into it.

.

You can enjoy your Caviar immediately, otherwise you can store up to 3 weeks. Keep in mind that the longer you keep the Caviar the more it looses its quality and that perfect taste.

.

Have ever heard of a fruit called Date? Not as time date, but Date as a name of an actual fruit. I’ve never heard of these fruits until recently some of friends and family started talking about them and even letting me try some. Their taste, look, and feel somewhat reminds me of raisins only in a tripled or quadrupled size. Dates have an elongated shape.

Dates are pretty popular among raw food enthusiasts because of its healthy and natural sweetening properties. Many healthy eaters use Dates for baking instead of sugar. The Date’s English and Latin name is Dactylifera which came from the Greek word daktulos – finger. After planting a Date Palm it may take up to 8 years before you’ll get any fruit from that tree.

Dates are pollinated naturally by wind which requires an equal amount of male and female plants, but with human assistance you could pollinate up 100 female plants with just one male plant. Some Date growers don’t even care about male plants, because they can buy the pollination flowers at a market.

People can eat Dates just as they eat Grapes, either soft or dried. Some people or companies stuff their Dates with either Candied Orange, Lemon Peel, Walnuts, Almonds, Tahini (Sesame Paste), Marzipan (Confection consisting of sugar and ground almond), or even Cream Cheese. The younger Date Palm leaves can be eaten as a vegetable, but the removal of those leaves will most likely kill the palm.

There are three main Cultivar Groups of Dates: Soft (e.g. Medjool), Semi-Dry (e.g. Deglet Noor), and Dry (e.g. Thoory). There are very many different kinds or cultivars of Dates available today and they all different from each other by either size, color, taste, and/or feel. The Nutrients in 1 Cup (or 147 grams) of Chopped Deglet Noor Dates are:

- Vitamin A

We hear a lot of information about which foods and drinks are good for our health. Indeed, it seems like each and every day a new article makes headlines proclaiming the “10 best superfoods” to keep you healthy. However, did you know that there are foods and drinks that can also benefit your dental health through natural means? Of course, most tooth health has to do with dental care, and methods you can read about on websites like TopDentists.com. However, here are a few words on some of the top 10 foods for dental health, as declared by IntelligentDental.com

- As you’ve no doubt heard before, organic dairy products tend to be very strong in terms of their calcium content (which is why they’re said to strengthen bones). This can help them to strengthen the enamel in your teeth, which will make them less prone to damage or even decay. When choosing to buy a Milk product make sure to buy Organic or Raw from a local trusted farmer.

- Much as they benefit your overall health through high vitamin C content, most citrus fruits can also be helpful for your teeth. Vitamin C can help your teeth to grow, and citrus can actually also assist in naturally removing stains from your teeth, to keep them white.

- Somewhat surprisingly, gum and toothpaste can also be very helpful for your dental health, but only if it contains the one important natural sweetener called Xylitol. Stay away from Fluoride in any product. It just so happens that Xylitol can actually help improve your teeth’s health. There are many testimonies available today where Xylitol enriched gum or toothpaste helped people to get rid of their cavities and prevent them from coming back.

- Cinnamon is also on the somewhat surprising list of foods that can help you relieve a toothache. Some people just make the Cinnamon into powder and apply it to their hurting tooth and some mix it up with some raw honey before applying it to that tooth.

There is plenty more of information out there with regard to foods and drinks that can be helpful, or detrimental, to your dental hygiene and tooth strength. The important thing to remember is that this is something to consider, much like you consider the way certain foods or drinks will affect your overall bodily health. The right diet, combined with careful dental care, can result in your having healthy, clean teeth that result in the bright white, comfortable smile you want.

It’s time for a How-To Article! This time I put an article for a gear oil change tutorial. Gear oil can be used for four-wheel differentials of many kinds of cars. So, if you were looking for an article or tutorial on How To Change Differential Oil in Subaru or 2003 Subaru Forester to be more exact, then you came to the right place. Since I didn’t have the pump, I used a funnel with a hose (or tube) to fill the gear oil back into the differential. Of course there is not enough space in the back and under the car to be able to properly fit the funnel. So I had to compromise ;) I drilled a hole under the spare tire which made everything work out like a piece of cake. Make sure to read the whole tutorial before jumping into it, so you know for sure that you have everything that is needed for your differential’s gear oil change. So, let’s begin with the tutorial…

1. – Prepare the right Gear Oil and Locate the Plugs on the differential. Make sure that you get the proper gear oil for the specific make and model of your car. Then locate both of the plugs, one should be a little higher than the other. The differential is usually located on the very back and between of the rear wheels. The plugs (or nuts, or bolts) are usually pointing backwards also.

2. – First, Unscrew Fill/Level Plug. Find and unscrew the higher plug (which is the Filler and/or Leveler Plug) for the air to come in while you’ll be draining the old dirty oil. Your plug might give you some hard time, I had to use a jack to push my big ratchet up in order to unscrew the Fill/Level plug.

3. – Second, Unscrew Drain Plug. Now you are ready to unscrew the drain plug, but make sure you put some kind of a proper container under the drain plug to catch all of the dirty oil. After taking both of the plugs wipe them both very good, especially the bottom drain plug because it has a magnet on it to catch the metal shavings.

4. – Drain the Dirty Oil. Be patient and let the old oil come out as much as possible before closing it back up. After the oil drained properly you can wipe the extra oil off and replace the drain plug back into its place.

5. – Drill a Hole Under the Spare Tire’s Location. If you don’t have anything to pump the new oil into the differential, then I’d recommend using my technique. Take out the spare tire from the trunk, locate the best and safe location to drill a hole through. Sand off all the sharp chips of metal before inserting the funnel with its hose.

6. – Insert the Funnel’s hose or tube through the Drilled Hole and into the Fill/Level Plug, and Fill the Differential until some Oil spills out into the Container. After the hose and the funnel are secured, go ahead and pour little by little the proper gear oil. Keep checking for the spills under the car and make sure to have the container under the differential to catch all of the extra oil that will spill out. When the oil begins to leak out of the Fill/Level plug, then stop pouring and let it level itself out before closing it back up.

7. – Seal up the whole with a plug and some glue. While the oil is leveling itself out you can go ahead and seal up that new hole you drilled. I found an extra clip and I glued it in with some silicone. Make sure to seal it tightly so no moisture will come in. Also, remember to wipe off all of the extra glue, we don’t want the spare wheel to get glued ;)

8. – Wait for the Oil to Level its self out. After the oil leveled, then you can put the plug back in and tighten it very good. Wipe everything clean, put away your tools, and recycle the old and dirty oil to a proper facility near you.

Read its details below and choose how you would like to watch it…

Documentary’s Synopsis From Amazon’s Page:
FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD is an inspiring film that chronicles Joe’s personal mission to regain his health while traveling across America, juicer in tow, and inspiring others to do the same.

Documentary’s Editorial Review From Amazon’s Page:
100 pounds overweight, loaded up on steroids and suffering from a debilitating autoimmune disease, Joe Cross is at the end of his rope and the end of his hope. In the mirror he saw a 310lb man whose gut was bigger than a beach ball and a path laid out before him that wouldn’t end well- with one foot already in the grave, the other wasn’t far behind. FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD is an inspiring film that chronicles Joe’s personal mission to regain his health. With doctors and conventional medicines unable to help long- term, Joe turns to the only option left, the body’s ability to heal itself. He trades in the junk food and hits the road with juicer and generator in tow, vowing only to drink fresh fruit and vegetable juice for the next 60 days. Across 3,000 miles Joe has one goal in mind: To get off his pills and achieve a balanced lifestyle. While talking to more than 500 Americans about food, health and longevity, it’s at a truck stop in Arizona where Joe meets a truck driver who suffers from the same rare condition. Phil Staples is morbidly obese weighing in at 429 lbs; a cheeseburger away from a heart-attack. As Joe is recovering his health, Phil begins his own epic journey to get well. What emerges is nothing short of amazing – an inspiring tale of healing and human connection. Part road trip, part self-help manifesto, FAT, SICK & NEARLY DEAD defies the traditional documentary format to present an unconventional and uplifting story of two men from different worlds who each realize that the only person who can save them is themselves.
