I decided to write a new and updated article post for a typical apple fruit. The older article can be found here, it was called Apple Nutrients and Benefits. An Apple in Russian look like this Яблоко, and you would pronounce it like this Yabloko. Apple’s Binomial name is Malus Domestica from the family of Rosaceae. Apple trees can grow as high as 39 feet (or 12 meters). Apple’s seeds are called pips.

Apple fruit is extremely popular throughout the world. For instance in 2005 at least 55 million tonnes of apples were grown worldwide, which value is about ten billion dollars. In 2008 the top ten apple producing countries were China, USA, Iran, Turkey, Russia, Italy, India, France, Chile, and Argentina.

Some people claim that the apple’s seeds are slightly poisonous, but on the other hand many people still eat them and claim that they are very healthy instead. As far as I know don’t overdose on apple’s seeds and you should be fine, but it’s totally up to you if you want to risk eating them. After reading and listening to people’s and scientists’ reviews on fruits’ seeds I came to conclusion that most the seeds contain Vitamin B17 (also called Laetrile or Amygdaline) which is the cure and prevention of most or all cancers. At the same time it is very easy to overdose on seeds, so just estimate how many fruits you could eat at one time and that is how much seeds should be safe for you to consume. Big medicine companies and some hospitals don’t want you to know about the Vitamin B17 because you can save lots of money by curing or preventing cancer by yourself. To find out more about Vitamin B17 read my older article called One of the Best Anti-cancers – Vitamin B17.

There are researches that suggest that apples can help reduce the risk of Prostate Cancer, Colon Cancer, and Lung Cancer. At the same time apples may decrease the cholesterol levels, prevent dementia, and prevent overweight problems. The Nutrients of one medium raw apple with skin which is about 3 inches in diameter and weighs about 182 grams are:

Well, those flowers usually bloom in early Spring season. Then after those flowers are gone you can find very little and cute apples. This tree is called Malus, but people call it different names like Wild Apples, Crab Apples, Crabs, or Crabapples. Sometimes these mini apples can taste sour, tarty, or even sweet. We see these Crab apple trees around grocery stores or other businesses because that is exactly what they are used for, as an ornamental trees. People pick them as an ornamental tree because of their beautiful flowers and fruits, and because Crabapples are pretty good at resisting many diseases. Some farmers that grow the large domestic apples, actually grow some of these Wild apples around their domestic apple trees to improve the overall health of their Apple garden. Crabapples help improve the pollination and the resistance to many diseases of the large domestic apple trees. In about one cup or 110 grams of raw and fresh Crabapples we can find these types of Nutrients:
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin B1, Thiamin

We are used to see apples in stores just like any other fruits, some are amazingly shiny and cheap but the Organic ones are usually expensive and honed looking. You probably heard the saying “Eat an apple a day to keep the doctor away”, well… You really should an apple a day to keep the doctors and diseases away, because it really is true, an apple does have important daily vitamins in it. A normal medium sized apple contains these kind of vitamins:
- vitamin B1 – thiamin
- vitamin B2 – riboflavin
- vitamin B3 – niacin
- vitamin B5 – pantothenic acid
- vitamin B6
- vitamin B9 – folate
- vitamin C
- calcium
- iron
- magnesium
- phosphorus
- potassium
- Amino Acids
- Organic Acids
- Citric Acid
- Malic Acid

I don’t know about you but to me that looks awesome. An apple has the right kind of Vitamins and Minerals to provide us with these benefits:
- Protect from Alzheimers Disease
- Protect from Parkinson disease
- Protect from prostrate cancer
- Protect from heart diseases
- Protect from diabetes
- Protect from plaque buildup in the arteries

And scientists still finding out more and more benefits from an apple today. So, yeah, I really recommend for everyone to start eating Organic Apples without peeling them and eat the seeds too but spit out the shells from the seeds, and if you buy non-Organic apples then you better peel the skin from them because the shiny wax on them is very bad for your body.
