Top 10 Oral Irrigators or Water Flossers

Water FlossersDo you brush your teeth on a regular basis? Do you use mouth wash and/or floss? Did you know that for most of the people that is not enough to keep their teeth and gums healthy? Well… now you do ;) Another important alternative answer for Oral Care is Water Pressure Flossing. Some people call these oral gadgets as Water Flossers, Dental Water Jets, or Oral Irrigators.

How do I know that Water Flossing is important? Well, I’d say there are two sure answers, proven Medical studies and my own experience. Water Jet Flossing is clinically proven to be up to 93 percent more effective than typical string flossing. I don’t know about you but to me that is more than enough of difference to consider using Oral Irrigators. There were many times when I brushed my teeth, string flossed, and used a mouth-wash. Then when I used a Jet Water Flosser I had so much left-over pieces of food come out that it impressed me every time.

Before my dentist deep cleaned my teeth I had lots of problems with my Oral Health. My gums would bleed from even a light brushing, string flossing, water flossing, and mouth-washing. My gums kept on getting easily infected by some left-over food that got stuck between my teeth which led to some swelling. My mouth would horribly and embarrassingly stink. Around some of my teeth I had some kind of dark crusty stuff growing. My mouth had some serious problems Periodontal disease (or Periodontitis) and Gingivitis. Continue reading

10 Very Healthy Natural Toothpaste Products

Natural Toothpaste Products with Xylitol and No Fluoride.I have been wanting to put together an article specifically like this where I could provide my readers with not just information but with very useful and healthy products too. This might make your research easier and probably save you some time and money while deciding on which toothpaste to buy. All of these Toothpastes and Tooth Gels are at Amazon website, all you need to do is click on a specific image below and the link will take you to that exact product. Yep, I’ll get some kind of commission from Amazon if you’ll buy any of these Oral Care Products.

When I look for Toothpaste products, I make sure that there is No Fluoride, because Fluoride is more poisonous than the Lead and just slightly less poisonous than the Arsenic. Also, I like to stay away from SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), because it is a very corrosive ingredient and is very harmful to skin and hair. SLS is usually put in hair and skin care products like soaps and shampoos, but I never actually seen it in oral care products. If you care about the health of your and your children’s teeth, then I really recommend for you to make sure that your family consumes Xylitol through gums, mouth rinses, tooth gels, and through toothpastes. Xylitol is a Naturally occurring Carbohydrate and is used for a long time now as a Natural Sweetener. As far as people know it is really good for our teeth, but it is very bad or even deadly for pets. For People – Xylitol Helps keep neutral pH in the mouth, Xylitol Prevents Bacteria from sticking to the teeth, Xylitol protects from tooth decay, Xylitol stops acid attacks, Xylitol decreases the Plaque amount in your mouth, and finally Xylitol repairs damaged Enamel on your teeth. How To Clean Kenmore Washer

Here is how you can clean out your washer. The Instructions will be for KENMORE automatic washer 80 Series Model No. 110.23822100, but don’t worry, most of washers are made very similar, so you should still be able to apply my instructions to your automatic washer. You are going to be doing this at your own risk, be very careful not to hurt yourself and not to break your washer. This experience will be very good for your skills and brain improvement. Well, lets begin:
- Unplug the power cord from AC Outlet first.
- Close the water valves on the wall that connect to the washers hoses.

- Using bigger pliers take off the hot and cold water hoses from the back of the machine. Make sure to mark which one belongs to which hole.

.

.

.

.

- On the bottom behind the machine there is a drain hose with a ring clip on it, loosen the clip with normal pliers and slide off the drain hose.
- Move the machine to a more comfortable place so you can have fun working on it.

.

.

.

.

.

- This is going to be weird, because I’d never think that to get inside or under the machine you actually have to take off this top control panel. Find the Trim End Cap, take them off carefully by using hands or a flat screwdriver, they are just clipped on.
- Behind those trim caps and on the bottom you’ll see a screw that is holding the control panel to the top of the cabinet, (the cabinet is the main big white square box, pretty much that is the front of your whole machine), take the screw off from left and right side of control panel.

.

- Carefully move and tip the control panel over the rear panel and let it hang there.

metal clips- Find the metal clips on top of the machine and very close to the rear, go ahead and take them off. An easy way to take them off is by putting your flat screw driver inside of that clip, hold it tightly on that clip and push the screw driver toward the back of the machine, the clip should slightly jump up. These clips are holding together the rear panel and the whole Front Cabinet.

.

.

.

- Take of the wire connector that is going to your machines lid switch, then Tip the cabinet toward the front of machine and up and just set it aside, don’t worry the rear panel is Not going to fall anywhere, but it is going to be wobbly, that’s ok.

.

.

.

- Take off the Tub Ring, but do it carefully, don’t break the outside plastic clips, and remember how it is now, because you’ll have to put it back the same way. Actually, make sure you remember where and how everything is, so you can put it all back together the way it was. Make notes if necessary.

.

.

.

- Do Not try taking off this plastic part that is on top and around machines basket with holes. That plastic part is called Balance Ring with some kind of water in it for balancing purposes, and you’ll see a note on it saying Plug Not Removable, so just leave it alone.

.

.

.

- After taking of the Tub Ring, now take of the very top Agitator Cap, use a very small thin flat screw driver to pop it up. The cap is the very top little cover of this whole part, the middle part with a big thread that you see on the picture is the Auger, and the very bottom part of this picture is called Agitator. After you took of the cap then look inside and you’ll see a square hole in the middle.

.

.

.

- Get a very big wrench to fit it and unscrew it, usually it’s not very tight. Unscrew it the normal counter-clockwise direction.

.

.

.

.

- Pull out the insides of the Auger and then the Auger itself. Remember where and how everything was located.
.

.

.

.

.

.

center metal bolt- Take the bolt off using the right wrench, hold the Agitator with a hand so it doesn’t spin when you are trying to unscrew the bolt. My bolt needed a 9/16 socket.
- Pull up the Agitator (the big rotating plastic center part).

.

.

.

- Pull off the metal Agitator Clip.
- Pull the Plastic Agitator Washer (remember how it was sitting there).

.

.

.

.

.

spanner nut- Take off the Spanner Nut, some people go and buy the actual spanner tool for it, but I used a big dull chisel and a hammer to unscrew this round spanner nut with 4 notches. Also, the second time I tool apart the washer I used a fat short flat screwdriver and hammer. It comes off the normal counter-clockwise direction.

.

.

- Hold on tight to the Basket with holes and pull it up at the same time hold all the other parts down so the basket could disconnect from the machine.
.

.

.

.

.

Clean Washer Tub- Now you have the plastic Tub inside, and the metal basket out of the machine.
- Well, we are done. Now, you can clean all of your parts down, then dry them all, and then put everything back the way it was. I really advise you to clean all washer parts very good, I used an old toothbrush for hard sticky dirt and a scotch sponge. Take your time to clean everything very well. Then you’ll enjoy your fresh and clean washing machine, just the way it was when you first bought it.

How to get Cherry stain off Naturally

cherry stainSo, here is the true story on what made me decide to put this article up on the internet. I was eating cherries by the computer and then when I was biting one the juice from it squirted on my white 100% cotton shirt. So I sat there and looked at my cherry, ugly, big, dark, and red stain right in the middle of my clean white shirt. Then, I remembered a woman at the farm telling us that if you will get stained from cherries, then just get some hot boiling water straight from the stove, take off the stained clothes and just pour the hot boiling water on that stain, make sure to keep the finger away because even the steam is kind of burning you when you do this. So I went and took of my shirt and got some boiling water and poured it on the cherry stain and it disappeared right in front of my eyes, and I did NOT use any detergents or cleaners.
Then I decided to tell people about it so you wouldn’t have to buy any expensive chemicals to clean stains like this. But to make these pictures I had to use another cloth to prove it to you guys that this is true and honest article or blog or whatever you want to call it. Yes, the cloth you see on the picture was clean, then I stained it with a dark red cherry, and then I totally cleansed it from the stain with just 100% hot boiling water. So, please tell your friends and family about this trick and where you found out about this trick, thanks :)

Cilantro Pesto Recipe

cilantroDid you know that your body has lots of toxic metals and many of you don’t know even know that but keep having weird headaches, pains and skin eating rashes. Many of your dishes and kitchen tools have lead in them, especially the colored ones, and yes the lead somehow leaches into the food and then you eat it and then you get sick. Did you know that some people got rid of epileptic seizures with this healthy dip that I’m going to tell you about. You will have to do your own search on how to find out if your dishes,  kitchen tools, or even kids toys have lead in it or not. This Cilantro Chelation Pesto Dip tastes great and some people begin to see good results within one day, because it really does help you to detoxify and prevent heavy metals from your body. Here is the recipe:

  • 4 cloves of garlic (we did 5)
  • 1/3 cup of brazil nuts
  • 1/3 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 pumpkin seeds
  • 2 cups of packed fresh cilantro
  • 2/3 cup of flaxseed oil
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of dulse powder
  • and some sea salt added to your taste

Put cilantro and flaxseed oil in a blender and blend it until the coriander is chopped up. Then add everything else except the sea salt, and blend all of this until it is all turned into a paste. Then you can add some sea salt to make it taste good enough for you and blend that again. You should store this pesto in dark glass jars, and you can freeze enough of it to last through the year. You don’t have to believe me, but if you or your children have weird diseases and rashes, then I would try this pesto first before going to the doctor and getting something useless and dangerous from them. This Cilantro Chelation Pesto has important vitamins and ingredients to support your bodies immune system and to clean your body out from bad toxics within a short period of time. I recommend you try it, it tastes great on a toasted good healthy bread, and it’s extremely good for you.
