The sad thing about being obsess is that you cannot hide it like the imperfection of the skin by using some ultimate cosmetics. You have to work hard for it. But what are the right methods is pretty ambiguous many times.

People are always telling you what to eat and what makes you fat. The funny thing is that those who tell you all this do not know the actual truth themselves. They have taken it from what has been carried from one generation to another. So, they just carry on the age-old myths like thousand others.

They are not aware that you can eat all that you want and still be slim. The secret is in maintaining a good balance between the foods that you must eat and foods that you love to eat. Read ahead to know how you can strike this perfect balance and eat right without depriving yourself of your favorite foods:

1. – Eat In Moderation – Okay, you love brownies but size does matter a lot. It is okay to indulge once in a while but while indulging in brownies, don’t forget to have a good portion of vegetables and fruits the same day. They provide you with the essential nutrients and maintain the balance. Also, remember to exercise portion control when you are eating brownies. So, the next time you have a brownie on your plate, reduce the quantity and add a salad with a healthy dressing.

2. – Keep Your Mind On Your Food – Watching TV when you are eating is one of the easiest ways to put on weight. You won’t know what has gone inside your body and how much. Keep your mind on your food when you are eating and resist eating leftovers just because they are going to be wasted. Rather than put the leftovers in your mouth, pack them away to be eaten later. Also, don’t snack when you are watching TV.

3. – Savour What You Eat – Meal times should be given their due importance. So, the next time you eat, sit down for your food without any distractions. Chew your food well like you were taught in school. This will ensure that your eating is controlled and you will feel fuller.

4. – Get A Diet Buddy – Diet buddies can help you remain focused on what you are eating and helps you to exercise portion control. It doesn’t have to be an online friend. You family can also be your diet buddies. You can sit with them and choose recipes, go grocery shopping prepare these foods. Having a diet buddy will ensure that you eat healthy foods along with your favorite dessert or sandwiches.

5. – Vacation time – Give your favorite food a leave of absence for a week. It can be your favorite latte or chips or even brownies. This will help you to wean yourself from all those fattening unhealthy foods. After a week of abstinence, indulge your taste buds a little and reward them for their sacrifice.

Remember, no food is bad. It is only the way that you eat it, which is not good. Eat all that you want but remember to exercise portion control. You will find that you remain slim without depriving yourself.

To avoid eating after seven in the evening can be challenging sometimes, but it sure is worth it. You can pretty much consider this article as another healthy weight loss diet plan. I’m sure that if some people who want or need to loose weight would follow this plan, then they would loose a good amount of fat. So, let’s stop blabbering about this topic and instead let’s review these Seven Tips on How to Avoid Eating after Seven…

1. – Brush and Floss your Teeth. About half an hour after dinner go brush, floss, and rinse your teeth. This step should help discourage you from eating again before you go to sleep. Accomplishing this step will definitely help your weight loss, prevent weight gain, and promote your oral health.

2. – Stock up on Healthy Snacks/Foods only. If you stock up your freezer with ice cream and your shelves with chips, then you will always keep that in mind which then will be harder to resist. Instead, stock your shelves with healthy nuts, fruits, and veggies. So, when you do give up and still go to snack on something late at night, you won’t have the option of something totally unhealthy. Some people including me sometimes like to have chocolate in the evening, but that usually will ruin your sleep and your weight watching, especially dark chocolate ;) So, I’d recommend staying away from it too.

3. – Go to Bed Early. Yep, it’s that simple, just go to bed at like 9:00 or 10:00, it is healthier for your body and mind. Your immune system gets a good boost when you go to sleep earlier. Many people including myself have noticed how you get sick faster after going to bed late at night, and you don’t have energy in the morning either.

4. – Drink some Water or Tea, but without any snacks. Good clean water or some healthy herbal tea without the caffeine is definitely a good substitution for late snacks or foods. If you’ll have some Chamomile Tea it can even promote your sleep too. Pay attention, I didn’t say milk, alcohol, eggnog, or coffee, this kind of stuff is definitely not very healthy for you even if some “doctor” recommended it.

5. – Eat a Good Healthy Satisfying Dinner. If you’ll have a good healthy amount of good healthy dinner, then your body shouldn’t want to snack on anything else. On the other hand, if you’ll eat something boring and dull, then of course you’ll want to snack on something sweet, fat, or salty. Make sure to have that for dinner, and yes, there are healthy sweets, fats, and salts.

6. – Do a simple exercise. Don’t over do it though, just exercise enough to kill that snack craving. You’ll prevent yourself from gaining weight and at the same time you’ll loose some too.

7. – Play a Game. Oops… Did I say that out loud? Yep I did. After dinner you shouldn’t have much to do at night anyway, so why not and enjoy a good video game, computer game, or a family board game. I was gonna say read the Bible, but you’re suppose to do that in the morning before you start your day and your busy schedule. By playing a good game after dinner you’ll most likely won’t have time for any snacking. Note how I said a good game, nothing bloody, inappropriate, or evil, those kind of games shouldn’t even be in your house. The adults and kids who play that crap usually become mental, weird, and crazy.

This is a simple and an easy to follow recipe for stewing some chicken meat. Do you like to eat chicken meat? I do, especially after I personally cook it. One of my favorite ways to cook chicken is by stewing it, but first there will be a boiling process for removing some unwanted extra fat and for juicier and more tender feel and taste. I’ve recently decided to cook some food for my family and I, and I like to cook it so there would be enough for at least two days. I just don’t have time for cooking every day. At the same time I like to cook and/or yummy food :)

If you want to know the Nutrients and Health Benefits of Chicken meat then go to This Link. At the same time, if you want to know the Nutrients and Health Benefits of Quinoa which is what I cooked with this meat, then go follow This Link.

The Formula for making Quinoa is easy, just like rice, one cup of Quinoa with two cups of water and with some salt and herbs for better taste. In other words 1 Cup of Quinoa = 2 Cups of Water, or 4 Cups of Quinoa = 8 Cups of Water. Close the lid with all that mixed together in one pot. Bring all of that to boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes open the lid and move the quinoa to see the water at the bottom of the pot. If there is still some water left then stir it all and let it be for a minute or two without the lid so all extra water evaporates. You’ll may want to add about half a stick of Organic butter and mix it all together again so it doesn’t stick too much when it cools down. Also, taste it at this point and add salt if it needs it, but don’t over salt it.

Anyway, back to the Chicken meat recipe. It is up to you if you want to include some vegetables in it or not, but an onion and garlic is A MUST. I believe that garlic and onions make all kinds of meats taste better, juicier, and more tender. In my opinion and according to some people, onions make hard-to-chew meat become easy-to-chew meat. So, I think we can begin with the steps and the recipe for Chicken Meat.

- If you got boneless chicken meat, then you can immediately begin cutting the meat into small squares of about 1/2 inches by 1/2 inches or about 3/4 by 3/4 of an inch. If your chicken meat has bones, then I recommend to get rid of them now, so it’s easier and cleaner to eat it later. If your chicken meat is frozen, then I recommend unfreezing it about half way and then cutting it up. When the meat is partially frozen you can cut it into straighter pieces. Cut off any and all unwanted parts or fat from chicken at this point, because then the boiling process will be cleaner.

- Fill the pot with water. Depending on how much meat you want to make, you’ll need to diced yourself how much water you need. I’d say make sure that all of the meat floats freely in water, a little extra water won’t hurt.

- Put the meat in water, some salt, pepper, and herbs for better taste. Put it on the stove and bring it to boil.

- Get rid of all the dirty foam and fat that comes up when it begins to boil.

- Lower the heat and let it slowly boil for 30 minutes.

- While the meat is boiling, let’s get our vegetables ready. You can use fresh and/or frozen vegetables. I really recommend one whole onion and one whole garlic bulb. Clean them and chop them into very very small pieces. Other vegetables are optional, but would be beneficial for health. You could add Bell Peppers, Celery, Carrots, Mushrooms, Cabbage, Broccoli, Green Beans, Peas, and/or Corn. Chop it all up but NOT as small as the onions and garlic. Make sure that there is same or less amount of vegetables than there is meat.

Chopped Garlic…

Chopped Onion…

Chopped Vegetables…

- After 30 minutes of boiling your vegetables should be all clean, chopped up, and ready to use. Get the meat out of that dirty boiling water (I usually put it in the same dish with the chopped up vegetables which were waiting to be used). You can even pour some of that boiled water into that dish with meat and vegetables, but NOT much, like up to a quarter of an inch from the bottom of that dish.

- Pour the rest of unwanted water out, clean the pot, and reuse by putting all meat, vegetables, and water (which is pretty much broth at this point) into this cleaned pot. Also, you can add like half of a cup of your favorite sauce into that mix. I recommend my favorite Sweet Chilli Sauce, I use it with all or most of meats that I cook. Frying or Stewing, this Sauce is the Best in my opinion. Sometimes I use it on some of my foods, like dumplings or macaroni. It has some sugar in it, but I believe most of it evaporates while cooking and then you are left with this spicy and sweet taste. The Ingredients of this Sauce are in the following order: Sugar, Water, Pickled Red Chilli, Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Stabilizer: Xanthan Gum. So, if you want it, then Click Here or on the Image of this Red Sauce. As you can see I decided to provide you with its Nutrition Facts too. These images are exact representation of what I buy locally, but if you buy this one through me on Amazon, then you’ll throw a few cents or bucks into my pocket too ;)

- Anyway, after you got your clean boiled meat, some vegetables, and sauce into that clean pot, you need to bring it to boil and simmer it or in other words stew it for 15 minutes with a closed lid. Makes sure to close the lid all the way.

Finished Chicken Meat Stew…

Pizza is something like a baked open-faced pie that consists of a thin layer of dough topped with your favorite sauce, vegetables, and cheese. Hmmm, that makes me hungry and it makes my mouth water. Store bought pizzas are not too bad, but home baked pizza is awesome, or home baked healthy and organic pizza is even better. There are lots and lots of Pizza recipes on the internet, because people have different tastes, ovens, and ingredients. Well I found a Pizza recipe that I like, and mix matched with some other ingredients, and then test cooked some, and now I was able to come up with this unique and delicious Pizza recipe (with God’s help and blessings). You can try following my Recipe with my Ingredients, or you can change the kind of flour that you want to use, like you could use two cups of whole wheat flour and one and a half cups of all-purpose flour, but whatever flour you will mix in, make sure that you equal to three and a half cups total of flour. You can also replace the honey with other honey or sugars. The salt can be changed to sea salt or iodized sea salt or some other salt. Also, you can replace the olive oil with any of your favorite oils. Also, this recipe is for hand work and not some bread machine work. Ok, lets get started.
Pizza Dough Ingredients:

- One and a Half of Cups of very warm water, but not hot.

.

.

.

.

- One Tablespoon of Pure Local Honey.

.

.

.

.

- One Tablespoon, or One Normal Packet, or Seven grams, or One Quarter of an ounce (oz) of Active Dry Yeast.

.

.

.

.

- One Teaspoon of Iodized Sea Salt.

.

.

.

.

- One Tablespoon of Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil.

.

.

.

.

- Three and a Half Cups of Whole Wheat Flour.

.

.

.

.

1st Step: Get all these Pizza Dough ingredients ready to use. Now get a large bowl and a regular table spoon for mixing, I don’t like to use whisk tool because it is just too useless for this dough recipe and then it is hard to clean it.
.

.

.

2nd Step: Now you can put the 1 and 1/2 of cups of very warm water into that large bowl. Then put the 1 tablespoon of pure local honey into that water and mix it in to make it melt and dissolve. And then put the 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast into that sweet water mixture, but don’t mix it yet, just dump it in and leave it for about 10 minutes.

.

.

.

3rd Step: After those ten minutes passed you can dump in the 1 teaspoon of sea salt and mix it all very good with that table spoon. Then put the 1 tablespoon of that Olive Oil and mix it all very good again.

.

.

.

4th Step: Finally you can dump in the 3 and a 1/2 of cups of flour into your liquid mixture and mix it very good with your table spoon, this is where you would break or bend your whisk tool if you would try to use it. Your dough here will become clumpy and weird looking, and that is okay for now.

.

.

.

5th Step: Put some extra flour on the clean table and on your clean hands, so the dough won’t stick to you or your table.

.

.

.

6th Step: Now you can dump your clumpy weird dough with everything that is in that bowl onto a floured table. Here is where you begin kneading your dough. To knead, in other words, is to work your dough into a uniform mixture by pressing, stretching, ripping, and squishing. So, for about 10 to 20 minutes you will be using your hands to mix the yeast and other mixtures inside the dough, that way pizza will turn out better and softer at the end. When you are done kneading your pizza dough, try forming a nice smooth ball.

.

.

.

7th Step: Get your large bowl, wash it, dry it, and oil it with some of the extra olive oil. Or get a clean large bowl and oil that one instead. Now lightly and carefully oil your dough ball all the way around and place it inside of that bowl. Then cover that bowl with clear plastic wrap and then with a towel on top of the plastic wrap. And then place your bowl with your dough in or on a warm place and leave it there for about 45 minutes or more.

.

.

.

8th Step: While you are waiting for your dough lets get all the toppings ready. Right now you have time to get them all ready and cut them all up into small or big pieces as you like and put them in a single bowl and then mix them all together, but Not the cheese and the sauce. It is your choice of what and how many of toppings to use, but I’ll give you the list of toppings that I used.
Pizza Toppings Ingredients:
- One Organic Onion.
- Mixed Strips of Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Peppers.
- Turkey Polska Kielbasa.
- Crimini Sliced Mushrooms.
- Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
- Alfredo Sauce.

.

.

.

9th Step: Read this whole step to the end before doing anything yet. After at least 45 minutes have passed, flour your clean table and your hands again, and dump your expanded dough on that floured table. If you want just one big and thick pizza then do not divide the dough, but just knead it and put it back into that oiled bowl for another 45 minutes or more and skip the instructions from here to the 10th Step. If your want two smaller and thinner pizzas then carefully divide that dough into two even pieces and knead for about 5 minutes or more each piece and then form both of them into balls again and put them into separate oiled bowls. Cover those bowls with plastic clear wraps and with the towels on top of the wraps. Put your bowls in or on a warm place again for another 45 minutes or more.

.

.

.

10th Step: Turn your oven on to preheat it at 450 degrees F (or 232 degrees C). While the oven is preheating, flour the clean table and your hands again, and dump a dough ball unto that floured table but DO NOT break or rip that dough ball apart. You can use a rolling pin or your hands to Carefully stretch out and form your dough ball into a round pizza shape. After stretching your dough for a while, you can also stretch it out even more with your fists, by carefully throwing the dough on top of your fists and then pull one fist from another fist begining from the middle of the pizza shape. If you make a hole in your pizza dough accidentally then take one side of dough on that hole and pull it over the opposite side of that same hole and then just press those side on the table to make them stick to each other. When you formed your pizza dough into a round pizza shape that you want then go to the next step. (if you are making two pizzas, then let the second dough ball wait until you’ll have the pizza pan available for the second one).

.

.

.

11th Step: Wash your hands and oil the pizza pan. Then carefully place your pizza dough on that pizza pan. Put the alfredo sauce evenly on top of that pizza shaped dough and stay away from the edges, then put your toppings on top of that sauce evenly and stay away from the edges, then put the shredded cheese evenly on top of those toppings and again staying away from the edges. You should stay away from the edges about one inch if you want your oven to be clean still after you are done.

.

.

.

12th Step: After the oven was preheated and you completed step eleven, then you can put your pizza inside the oven for about 21 minutes. If you are making just one big and thick pizza then you may need to let it stand for 25 or 30 minutes in the oven, depending on your oven, because some ovens are very powerful and good at keeping their temperature, but some are weak and slow. Also, if you are going to be opening your oven a lot while its cooking your pizza then your time will need to be added because you’ll release the heat and slow down the baking process. After your dough has been cooked through all the way, cheese melted and became brown on the edges, then you are ready to take it out and enjoy. Some people like to prebake their pizza dough for about 5 to 10 minutes before putting the toppings and sauce on top of it. Well, whatever way you have chosen to make your brain and taste buds happy, just let me know in the comments under this article.

Today We would like to tell you about an awesome Fresh Salted Salmon Recipe that we make for ourselves sometimes.

- Get a good size of Salmon Fillet, it may cost you in the stores anywhere from $10.00 to $30.00.
- Clean off and take off all the skin and bones and scales from the Salmon Fillet.
- Cut up the whole Salmon Fillet into small strips of about two = 2 inches Long, half = 1/2 of an inch Wide, and quarter = 1/4 of an inch Thick. It is really up to you how thick or how thin you want them to be, but remember that the thinner they are the better they will get salted through.
- Get a clean bowl or a plate or a dish of about four = 4 inches deep to lay the strips in. Get Salt to use on fish, and if you want you can also get dry or fresh Dill herb flakes for better flavor.
- Sprinkle the Salt evenly on the whole bottom of the dish that you got for salmon strips, and lightly cover the bottom with salt, and make sure the bottom is still visible in many places, you will be salting like this between each and every layer of Salmon strips.
- Sprinkle an extremely light layer of the Dill Herb, you will only be sprinkling the dill between every other layer, not every layer, but every other layer of salmon strips.
- Lay down on that salt layer a layer of those Salmon Strips and try covering the bottom, but make sure to leave very little room between the strips for some salt to fall in when you’ll be sprinkling another layer.
- Sprinkle the salt again all over the fish layer, kind of lightly and don’t cover the fish with salt that you can’t see it.
- Lay down the Salmon Strips on top of salt layer, same way you did the first layer.
- Sprinkle the salt again.
- Sprinkle the dill again, same way you did on the very bottom layer.
- Lay down the Salmon Strips.
- Sprinkle the salt again.
- Lay down the Salmon again.
- Sprinkle the salt.
- Sprinkle the dill.
- Repeat the steps until you run out of fish. Did you get the sequence, it is: Salt and Dill, Fish, Salt, Fish, Salt and Dill, Fish, Salt, Fish, Salt and Dill, Fish and so on…
- Close or Seal the dish that you used with its own lid or with a clear plastic wrap after you completed all the layers.
- Put it away in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Take it out after at least 24 hours have passed.
- Pour your favorite oil inside of that dish with salmon in it.
- Add Onion Rings, use a whole onion or half of an onion.
- Mix it all up really good with a fork preferably.
- Enjoy.

Here are some additional tips and suggestions for this recipe. If you want an awesome smell and healthy meal, then:
- get a fresh wild caught salmon fish,
- get organic, unrefined, extra virgin olive oil, or sunflower oil.
- get organic fresh dill and cut it up into very small flakes or pieces.
- get organic fresh onion.
- get sea salt instead of regular salt.

Also, you can eat the fish by itself, or you can eat it with bread, or you can eat it as a side item with some other food, or you could make little fish sandwiches, just put a round slice of cucumber on a small slice of bread, then put the fish piece on top of that and you will have simple, fun and quick snacks or side dish.

We are used to see apples in stores just like any other fruits, some are amazingly shiny and cheap but the Organic ones are usually expensive and honed looking. You probably heard the saying “Eat an apple a day to keep the doctor away”, well… You really should an apple a day to keep the doctors and diseases away, because it really is true, an apple does have important daily vitamins in it. A normal medium sized apple contains these kind of vitamins:
- vitamin B1 – thiamin
- vitamin B2 – riboflavin
- vitamin B3 – niacin
- vitamin B5 – pantothenic acid
- vitamin B6
- vitamin B9 – folate
- vitamin C
- calcium
- iron
- magnesium
- phosphorus
- potassium
- Amino Acids
- Organic Acids
- Citric Acid
- Malic Acid

I don’t know about you but to me that looks awesome. An apple has the right kind of Vitamins and Minerals to provide us with these benefits:
- Protect from Alzheimers Disease
- Protect from Parkinson disease
- Protect from prostrate cancer
- Protect from heart diseases
- Protect from diabetes
- Protect from plaque buildup in the arteries

And scientists still finding out more and more benefits from an apple today. So, yeah, I really recommend for everyone to start eating Organic Apples without peeling them and eat the seeds too but spit out the shells from the seeds, and if you buy non-Organic apples then you better peel the skin from them because the shiny wax on them is very bad for your body.

Also, if you would like to read an Updated article about Apples, then go here to the article called Apples Nutrients and Health Benefits.
