Quince fruit or Cydonia Oblonga is a pear-shaped fruit that grows on a Quince tree that is similar to apples and pears. Some people referred or still refer to Quince as The Golden Apple. Quince trees produce beautiful white or pink flowers. According to some people’s opinions, Quince fruit gives out very pleasant and perfumy flavor. This fruit can be eaten raw just like apples and pears. The longer the fruit will stay on its tree the softer and sweeter it will get, but it must be picked before the frosting begins.
People from around the world like to enjoy Quinces in jams, jellies, puddings, or sauces because of its strong pleasant flavor. Some people may prefer Quinces roasted, stewed, baked, or they’ll add it to their teas to improve the taste and scent. There were no human witnesses in the garden of Eden that are alive today, but some ancient history somehow suggests that after being tempted by the devil, Eve ate this Quince fruit in the Garden of Eden. In my opinion that forbidden fruit wouldn’t survive till today, because it was only one tree, it was forbidden by God, and I don’t see why He would destroy it after the human disobedience.
