How to Oil Change a Car

How to Oil Change a CarIf you are looking for free information and free step by step instructions on How to Oil change a Car, then you came to the right web page. To be more specific, this article will answer the question like, How to Oil Change Subaru Forester 2003? Well, to tell you the truth it is very pretty easy if you compare to the other car oil changes. Because the oil filter and the drain bolt plug are in the most easiest and most comfortable place, which is in the empty, front, bottom, and easy to reach area of the engine. I recommend to raise the car for an easier access. Then, you should get ready the new five quarts of oil and one new oil filter. Most of the cars, vans, trucks, and suv’s use different amount of oil and a unique kind of oil filter, so make sure that you get just the right stuff. Also, I really recommend that you spend extra money and get Fully Synthetic Oil, I get the NAPA Full Synthetic Oil. If you will follow these instructions on how to do an oil change on a car, then it is totally your responsibility if anything at all goes wrong. If you don’t feel confident enough or don’t trust my advice, then please go and find someone else’s or just let some professional and trusted shop do an oil change for you. My oil changes are getting better and faster with every time I do them, but in the beginning it was taking me a while to finish it all up. Some cars, trucks, vans, or suv’s have their oil filters located in the most stupid places ever, which makes your and mine job a lot more complicated and a lot more time go by before you finish your oil change. I hear that some new autos have some weird and even more impossible locations for the oil filter and for the oil draining bolt. So, like I said before, make sure you are confident enough and are going to be able to finish your job all the way. I’d recommend for you to read my whole article before starting any oil and oil filter replacement. Well, if you are ready, confident, and able to do this on your own, then lets get started.

Location of the Oil cap and the DipstickLocate or Find the Top Oil Cap and the Oil Dipstick that helps you check the oil level. On my subaru both of them have the yellow color on their handles. Unscrew the oil cap, clean it and put it aside. Pull out the oil dipstick level checker, clean it and put it aside also. I like to take those off in order to let the engine ventilate better and help it cool down faster, because then the dirty oil will drain easier.

.

.

.

Location of the oil filter and oil pan with the drain bolt plugGo under your car or subaru and find the old oil filter and the drain bolt on an oil pan. On my subaru they are located right after the bumper and the radiator and in the very front under the motor. Clean them up a little so it is more pleasant and easier to work with.

.

.

.

.

Oil draining into the containerGet a wide and deep container and put it under the draining bolt and unscrew that drain bolt plug. Please try to avoid any oil leaks on the concrete or on the dirt. Cover the concrete or the dirt with something that can prevent the oil leaking through it. After the old oil is done draining, then clean of that drain bolt and around the drain hole, and then put the drain bolt back in, and carefully tighten it.

.

.

.

Location of the spot for the oil filterThen, move your container under the old oil filter and unscrew the oil filter. Let all the oil from the old oil filter and from its original spot leak into the container. Then Clean very good that original oil filter spot.

.

.

.

.

Oil filter in its spotGet the new oil filter, and open one of the new oil quarts. Since this Subaru has an easy oil filter location and position, then we can fill like 75% of this new oil filter with the new oil. Also, dip your finger in the oil and smear some of the oil on the rubber seal of that new oil filter. We put some of the oil on the rubber seal of the new oil filter because we want it to be easier in the future to take this oil filter off. Now you can put this new oiled oil filter in its location under the engine and make sure that it is nice and tight. So, right now make sure that the drain bolt plug and the new oil filter are both in their locations and are screwed in tightly.

.

.

preparation for car oil pouringHere you are ready to put the new oil into the engine. Get a funnel and put it in the whole where the big top oil cap was and Not in the dipstick’s little hole. Then, pour in first four guarts of oil into the engine. Then, put the dipstick in its hole and screw in the top oil cap. Start the engine and let it run for like a minute. Stop the engine after about a minute of runing. Now, check the oil level, by taking out the oil dipstick and wiping it clean with a dry cloth, and then insert the dipstick back into its hole and wait like three seconds, and then take it back out and look how high is the oil level from the very bottom edge of the dipstick. I like to fill the oil until the second hole on the dipstick gets covered with oil. So, if you need to fill more oil, then open that top oil cap and fill in just one half of a quart, and recheck the oil level. When you are satisfied with the oil level, then make sure to put the dipstick in its place and to screw the top oil cap back in tightly.

How To Change Oil in Car

Prepare for How To Change Oil in CarToday I would like to explain to all of you who are looking for this helpful advice on How to Change oil in car. I will also tell you how to replace oil filter in your car. The pictures that you will be seeing here are from my 1997 Honda Accord. So, to be more specific this “do it yourself” article is going to be on how to change Honda Accord oil and filter. These instructions are for you and you are the one responsible for whatever happens, we take no responsibility of your mistakes or misunderstanding, make sure to use common sense, think before doing anything at all, but the best step of all is to pray and ask God for common sense and for help in any of your job or work. I like changing oil by myself because then I feel better about myself and I don’t worry about the engine, because sometime some professional shops forget to put the oil back into people’s cars, I personally know of people to who it happened. I also don’t trust someone else fixing my car, so if I am able to do it, then I’d rather do it myself. Also, I believe that it is good and healthy for you to try doing some stuff by yourself, (with enough knowledge of course). Well, first of all make sure that the car or the engine in the car is not hot, because usually if the engine was just used then it is very hot and the oil is even hotter. Also, make sure that you have enough of oil ready to be put back into the engine and a new oil Filter. Some cars need more oil and some cars need less, but for my 1997 Honda Accord SE with four cylinders, I’m getting ready five quarts of fully synthetic oil 5w-30 from NAPA auto store and one simple and new oil filter. I usually use total of four and a half of quarts of oil to put back into the engine, that is why I get five quarts ready just in case.

Engine Oil Cap and Oil DipstickSo, let the engine cool down if you need to, and to make it cool down faster I usually open the hood, and then unscrew top motor oil cap which is usually visible on top of the engine. Take out the oil dipstick that checks the level of the motor oil. This dipstick is usually either yellow or orange in most of the cars. I take that oil cap off and take out the dipstick out so there will be better air circulation for when you’ll be draining out the dirty oil.

.

.

.

Oil Pan and drain bolt and containerNext, lets get a wide-mouth open container for the old and dirty motor oil. Then, find the drain plug or the drain bolt at the bottom of the oil pan which is at the bottom of the engine. On my car it is from the rear side of the oil pan. Then, get a ratchet or a wrench that says 17mm on it, or if you have a different size bolt then use whatever size you need to use. After you have loosened the drain bolt, then put that container under that drain plug and if you have to put some kind of covering on the ground so the oil doesn’t spill on your concrete or dirt. When your ready, unscrew the drain bolt the rest of the way and make sure that your container is catching all of the oil. Please try to avoid oil spills, because it is bad for our Earth.

.

.

Old Oil Filter LocationAfter the oil is done, clean your drain bolt and put it back in, and then tighten it. Then, locate the old oil filter and unscrew it using your hands or the special tool that you can buy for unscrewing the oil filters. Please try to catch all of the oil while it will be pouring down at the time of unscrewing the oil filter. My oil filter is on the back of the engine. I really hate that inventors didn’t come up with a better place for the oil filter, because on most of the cars the oil filters are located in the way that will make the old oil spill no matter how you unscrew it.

.

.

.

Oil Filter SpotNow clean as much as you can the whole area around where the filter was.

.

.

.

.

.

New oil filter ready to be put onThen take the new oil filter and open one of the new oil quarts. Then pour a little bit of oil on top of the oil filter thread. Then using your finger, smear or oil the rubber seal on top of that new oil filter.

.

.

.

.

.

New Oil Filter in placeThen, screw the new oil filter back into the place where the old one was.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

.

Drain Bolt Plug back in placeSo, right now you need to make sure that the new oil filter and the drain plug bolt are both nice and tight in their places.

.

.

.

.

.

Oil FunnelAnd now you are ready to put the oil back into the motor. You should get some kind of a funnel to support your new oil pouring, and to avoid any oil spills. Pour in the four new and full quarts of oil. Then, when the car is level on the ground and with all the wheels standing evenly on the ground, check your oil level with the oil dipstick. On my oil dipstick I fill the oil until the second little whole from the edge is just barely closed up with oil. Try not to overfill your engine with the motor oil, because it could make your gaskets on your engine leak. When you are done, remember to put the oil dipstick back in and screw back in the top engine oil cap. Then you can wipe off and clean off any oil spills and leaks that you might have and dispose of the old oil according to your local legal laws and regulations. So, now you know how to change Honda oil.

Sunflower Oil Nutrients and Benefits

Have you ever tried the real Sunflower Oil? Have you ever smelled it? Have you ever seen the color of the real genuine 100% pure Sunflower Oil? It is amazing. Last time I tried that kind of Sunflower Oil was in Ukraine when I was about twelve years old. Me and my dad got the seeds from sunflowers and went to some place where they squeeze out the oil for you out of your seeds. When we got out of there and went home, we actually took some fresh bread and dipped it in that oil and ate it. And I think we used some salt, but I’m not sure. I will never forget that taste, the best of the best. I have been looking in stores for anything similar to it and I couldn’t find anything even close to that oil in any typical or organic stores. I tried a few of the ones we bought and still nothing was what I am looking for. But then we realized that Russian Grocery stores in America sell sunflower oils. So we started trying out different brands. All of the brands were still too far away from the real color, taste and smell, except for one sunflower oil brand called Kubanochka Unrefined Sunflower Oil, in Russian it is Кубаночка™. Yep, believe it or not, I finally found a brand in Sunflower oil that is actually reminds me of my childhood memories about the Real, Genuine, Fresh, and Tasty Sunflower Oil. The Real sunflower oil is really good for our health, if you enjoy it in the right amounts, just don’t overdose on it because of the Omega Fatty Acids and Vitamin E. cod liver oilWe decided to let more people know about this great product, called “Cod Liver Oil”, which is made by “Garden Of Life” a very good and honest company. We want you to enjoy this product because we tried it ourselves. Why did we try it? In other words, use common sense, if you see that your health is getting worse after taking the cod liver oil for a week or two, then stop it or lower your doze by a good amount, but if you see it helping you or your kids, then stay at that level, and then later on may be lower your doze by a little, just to be safe. Tempeh or Tempe Nutrients and Benefits

tempehTempeh or Tempe is a highly nutritious fermented food that is made from soybeans. Many people replace meat with Tempeh. To make Tempeh people cook and dehull the soybeans, then inoculate them in some culturing agent, and then incubate the inoculated soybeans overnight until they form into a solid looking cake. Also, you should be careful when buying anything made from Soybeans, because Soybean oil is NOT good just for everyone, especially for boys and men, except maybe women who have gone through menopause. Soybeans contain lots of hormones. It has been proven that infants who consume Soy Formula start going through puberty as early as 18 MONTHS of age. That is not normal or healthy. It has also been proven that males who consume soybean oil are a lot LESS manly in both the way they look and the way they act. They start to be much more feminine in many aspects because soy contains lots of “feminine” hormones. Well, if you still choose to eat the Tempeh, then here is the nutrients that you will get from it:
- Vitamin B1, Thiamin
- Vitamin B2, Riboflavin (good amount)
- Vitamin B3, Niacin
- Vitamin B5, Pantothenic Acid
- Vitamin B6, Pyridoxine
- Vitamin B9, Folate
- Vitamin B12, Cobalamin
- Magnesium (good amount)
- Phosphorus (good amount)
- Copper (good amount)
- Protein (good amount)
- Manganese (large amount)
- Carbohydrates
- Natural fats
- Calcium
- Iron
- Potassium
- Zinc

The Benefits that you could get from the Tempeh are:
- Lowers bad cholesterol levels
- Normalizes Blood sugar levels
- Improves Gastrointestinal Health
- Supports Healthy Menopause
- Improves bone health
- Supports thyroid gland function
- Supports Nerve Health
- Protects from free radicals
- Improves Immune System
- Supports Skin Health
- Supports Hair Health
- Supports Nails Health

Eucaliptus Oil Product Information

Eucalyptus OilEucaliptus Oil has many uses and benefits for our well being. To find out more just click on the picture.

Quick Overview of Eucalyptus Oil:
- 100% Pure Pharmaceutical-Grade Eucalyptus Oil
- Greater than 81% Cineole 4fl oz

Product Description:
- One of the most essential oils you can keep on hand! Of all the essential oils, eucalyptus is one of the top three you should keep in your home health kit, because it helps with so many common health problems—especially colds and respiratory ailments.
Long ago, eucalyptus users rolled the plant’s dried leaves into cigars and smoked them to gain its benefits! Now the oil is distilled from the leaves of native Australian eucalyptus trees for much easier and more pleasant ways to enjoy its healthful effects.
Beeyoutiful’s eucalyptus oil contains almost 30% more cineole (the healing component—also called eucalyptol) than British standards require (USFDA doesn’t set a standard) for medicinal use. This is what packs the punch against germs, congestion and inflammation. And in the presence of cineole, parasites move out of the way, too.

- Important: Because eucalyptus oil is so potent, it should Not be used on infants or small children. Pregnant and nursing mothers should also avoid it since the oil readily soaks through the skin and into the blood stream. Steam inhalation should be avoided by those with heart or central nervous system conditions. Undiluted eucalyptus oil should never be ingested—even small amounts such as a teaspoon’s worth are harmful. Although it is safe to use diluted eucalyptus oil as a gargle only, eucalyptus oil should never be swallowed. To avoid skin burns, always dilute eucalyptus oil with a carrier such as olive, almond, or grape-seed oil. If you are taking other drugs, eucalyptus oil may weaken their effect because of how it detoxifies the body.

- Warning: Direct skin contact with Eucalyptus essential oil can cause minor burns. For external use only. Keep out of reach of Children.

- Manufactured in the USA.

Fresh Salted Salmon Recipe

salmon saltedToday We would like to tell you about an awesome Fresh Salted Salmon Recipe that we make for ourselves sometimes.

- Get a good size of Salmon Fillet, it may cost you in the stores anywhere from $10.00 to $30.00.
- Clean off and take off all the skin and bones and scales from the Salmon Fillet.
- Cut up the whole Salmon Fillet into small strips of about two = 2 inches Long, half = 1/2 of an inch Wide, and quarter = 1/4 of an inch Thick. It is really up to you how thick or how thin you want them to be, but remember that the thinner they are the better they will get salted through.
- Get a clean bowl or a plate or a dish of about four = 4 inches deep to lay the strips in. Get Salt to use on fish, and if you want you can also get dry or fresh Dill herb flakes for better flavor.
- Sprinkle the Salt evenly on the whole bottom of the dish that you got for salmon strips, and lightly cover the bottom with salt, and make sure the bottom is still visible in many places, you will be salting like this between each and every layer of Salmon strips.
- Sprinkle an extremely light layer of the Dill Herb, you will only be sprinkling the dill between every other layer, not every layer, but every other layer of salmon strips.
- Lay down on that salt layer a layer of those Salmon Strips and try covering the bottom, but make sure to leave very little room between the strips for some salt to fall in when you’ll be sprinkling another layer.
- Sprinkle the salt again all over the fish layer, kind of lightly and don’t cover the fish with salt that you can’t see it.
- Lay down the Salmon Strips on top of salt layer, same way you did the first layer.
- Sprinkle the salt again.
- Sprinkle the dill again, same way you did on the very bottom layer.
- Lay down the Salmon Strips.
- Sprinkle the salt again.
- Lay down the Salmon again.
- Sprinkle the salt.
- Sprinkle the dill.
- Repeat the steps until you run out of fish. Did you get the sequence, it is: Salt and Dill, Fish, Salt, Fish, Salt and Dill, Fish, Salt, Fish, Salt and Dill, Fish and so on…
- Close or Seal the dish that you used with its own lid or with a clear plastic wrap after you completed all the layers.
- Put it away in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Take it out after at least 24 hours have passed.
- Pour your favorite oil inside of that dish with salmon in it.
- Add Onion Rings, use a whole onion or half of an onion.
- Mix it all up really good with a fork preferably.
- Enjoy.

Here are some additional tips and suggestions for this recipe. If you want an awesome smell and healthy meal, then:
- get a fresh wild caught salmon fish,
- get organic, unrefined, extra virgin olive oil, or sunflower oil.
- get organic fresh dill and cut it up into very small flakes or pieces.
- get organic fresh onion.
- get sea salt instead of regular salt.

Also, you can eat the fish by itself, or you can eat it with bread, or you can eat it as a side item with some other food, or you could make little fish sandwiches, just put a round slice of cucumber on a small slice of bread, then put the fish piece on top of that and you will have simple, fun and quick snacks or side dish.
