Today I would like to tell you about my research on Cassava plant. Cassava can also be called Manihot Esculenta, Yuca, Manioc, Cassaba, or Cassada. Cassava plant is actually very popular crop in many regions around the world. Nigeria is supposably the biggest Cassava producer in the world. Cassava is very popular because of its Starchy Edible Root. Also, Cassava root is one of the largest sorces of carbohydrates in the world. Cassava can be classified as sweet or toxic depending on its toxicity.
Warning! You must know how to prepare the Cassava plant the proper way. If you’ll prepare the Cassava Vegetable improperly, then you will cause someone or yourself to get a disease called Konzo. Breadfruit or Artocarpus Altilis or Sukun is not Jackfruit just so you know from the start, even though they do look alike on the outside and are very related to each other. Breadfruit trees can grow as high as 85 feet or 26 meters, and they provide people with a special milky juice that can be used for boat caulking. Under the right conditions Breadfruit tree can produce as much as 200 fruits each year. People claim that Breadfruit is very starchy and tastes like a potato or a fresh baked bread. In this Article I would like to introduce you to a flowering plant, that somewhat resembles a clover, called Alfalfa. Alfalfa is also called lucerne, lucerne grass, chara, gadab, rajka, or Binomially called Medicago Sativa. Watercress is considered differently around the world because some people consider it as a Herb, some consider it as a Weed, and some people consider Watercress as an Aquatic Vegetable. Lychee is a fruit and it comes from an Evergreen Tropical and Subtropical Tree that is mainly found in Asia, Mexico, or South Africa. Lychees are also called Litchi, Laichi, and Lichu. Lychee tree produces beautiful flowers that can be either yellowish white or greenish white. Lychee fruit smells good and tastes sweet. It has a rough and reddish shell that is not edible and can be removed easily. Inside of the Lychee people say there is a Poisonous seed that looks like a buckeye nut. Vitamin C extremely supports and improves your immune system, but HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) extremely destroys your immune system, and just because the commercials try to make you believe that since HFCS is from “Natural” corn does NOT mean that it’s healthy. You see, they used natural products to make deadly products just so they could make the foods last longer on the shelves of the grocery stores. So, we recommend that you check out the ingredient list before buying Lychee candy, instead try finding Raw or Dried Lychees without any added poison.
