Borage Flower HerbToday I would like to introduce you all to an amazing and beautiful Annual Herb Flower called Borage. Some people refer to it as Starflower or Borago officinalis. If you take a closer look at this beautiful herb, you’ll be able to see lots of unique and amazing details of this plant. Originally Borage Herb was grown for its medicinal and culinary benefits, but today it is mostly used in commercial cultivation as an oilseed. In stores this oil from Borage would be labeled either Starflower Oil or Borage Oil.

Some people claim that Borage tastes like a cucumber when eaten as a fresh Vegetable. Borage Flower tastes like honey and is often used for decorating desserts. When people use Borage as a Vegetable, they can use it for salads, soups, and sauces.

Alive Organic Vitamin C SupplementAre you taking enough of Vitamin C on a regular basis, or at least when you get sick? Well, you should. When you get a virus or just plain sick, then you should really consider taking a good and healthy product of Vitamin C. Kirkland Organic Instant Oatmeal Review

July28

Kirkland Organic Instant Oatmeal PackageIn this article I really wanted to share with you all my opinion about the Kirkland Organic Instant Oatmeal that my family and I have been using for a while now. I’ll tell you from the start that we all love it very much because it is yummy, delicious, tasty, and best of all it’s Healthy. I really love it when organic products taste very good. Some of the reasons we love this product is because it is very easy to make and very fast, sometimes you just don’t have the time to cook or prepare the complete meals, so that is why this Oatmeal is just perfect for times like that. To prepare this instant Oatmeal, we boil the water in our kettle, then we take a small deep bowl for each person and put two packages in it, yes two, one is just not enough. Then we pour that boiled water just enough to soak the oats in it, but don’t flood the oats in the boiling water. Then we wait for like 2 to 4 minutes. Then we take the organic milk and pour it into this bowl with soaked oatmeal, and again, don’t flood the oats in milk either. Then, we enjoy these amazing and healthy Oats. Continue Reading »

Baked Salmon Fish Fillet Recipe

July21

Salmon Fish Meat can be cooked in many different ways. Since people have different tastes, they prefer their Salmon either fried, baked, salted, dried, grilled, or boiled. In this article I’d like to tell you about my little recipe on how I baked my Salmon in an oven. We got some of the frozen wild caught Salmon fillet with skin on one side. Then we thawed it. After it was soft and thawed I began to prepare the oven and the dressing sauce for the Salmon Fillet. I turned on the Oven to preheat it at 400 Degrees Fahrenheit (204 Degrees Celsius). While if was preheating I got a medium or kind of large red onion, cleaned it and got it ready to be chopped up. Then I got some garlic ready, about 10 small single cleaned pieces. I put the Garlic and the Onion together into an automatic chopper and chopped them up into small pieces, be careful not to over do it. Then I got a stainless steel bowl and put in there all of the chopped up Garlic, Onion, about one cup or less of Mayonnaise, some Sea Salt, Lots of Dill, and some of the Black Pepper. I mixed it all up with a normal table spoon. Then Continue Reading »

July14

Radish Salad RecipeWell, it’s Summer Season, and many of the Fruits and Vegetables are becoming ripe and ready to eat. My wife’s parents gave us some of their Radishes, Green Onions, and Dill Herb to try. They have a little bit of acres around their house, so they try to grow some of the fruits and vegetables for themselves and for their kids. And NO, they do not use any chemicals on their little gardens. Well, after we got some of those vegetables, I remembered the salad that my mother use to make when I was little and we lived in Ukraine. I don’t remember everything she put into her Radish Salad, but what I came up with tasted very similar and very delicious. Continue Reading »
